SAMUEL C. HALTER
Samuel C. Halter joined Scandaglia Ryan LLP in April 2022 following a clerkship with the
Honorable Lanny King of the United States District Court of the Western District of Kentucky.
Prior to that, he was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP. During law school he was a legal
extern for the Honorable Jorge Alonso of United States District Court of the Northern District
of Illinois.
Mr. Halter has experience in a wide range of commercial and business disputes involving
complex contracts, patent infringement, securities, the False Claims Act, and the Foreign
Corrupt Practices Act.
