OUR HISTORY

In January 2001, we launched a litigation boutique specifically designed to provide outstanding client service, applying our big-firm experience and qualifications to resolving legal issues at less cost. After years of representing large corporations, governmental and not-for-profit organizations in their complex business and legal challenges at Jenner & Block LLP, the firm’s co-founding partners learned that a successful law firm must solve clients' litigation problems cost effectively and within the context of the whole organization. This is accomplished only when a firm has both strong partners and top-quality associates. Our operating philosophy centers on partners who manage cases and budgets efficiently, leading highly experienced associates in an atmosphere of communication and dialogue with the client.
