Successfully preserved judgment of “no coverage” in the $10 million insurance coverage dispute when, after briefing and on the eve of oral argument, the insured agreed to abandon its appeal for a nominal settlement.
- Appealed a state court judgment of $25 million on behalf of a cable television pioneer and affiliated companies in a case involving breach of fiduciary duty and related claims arising out of client’s role as general partner in various cable television limited partnerships.
